Every now and then you run into someone that just loves what they do and gives 110% of themselves to it- which I always find inspiring. We recently worked with Veronica Seneviratne to purchase our new home as well as list and sell our existing house. Deciding to buy and/or sell a home is stressful, especially in this market! Right from the beginning, Veronica’s confidence and knowledge of every aspect of the home buying and selling experience is astounding. Anyone can tell you they’ll “take care of you” but with Veronica, there is never a moment of doubt that she has your back from beginning to end. Looking back on the past few weeks, we would say the most important skills we appreciated from Veronica were (1) Availability/Response time – she is literally a phone call or text away any time of day to answer your questions or chat about something. And there are no dumb questions – that was refreshing! (2) Knowledge – Veronica knows everything there is to know about real estate – market conditions, home buying, home selling, she knows every aspect of the process and knows what questions to ask and what conditions to lay out to make sure her clients come to the table with all the information they need to make informed decisions. She really does her homework. I really appreciated being able to lean on her this way and know I didn’t need to worry about a thing! I always knew – she was on it! (3) Confidence – Veronica does not shy away from making sure she gets what her clients need and want (as well as things they may not even know they needed or wanted!) She is not scared to ask the tough questions and is a strong negotiator – exactly what you need in this market and finally (4) Personality – Veronica is an exceptional “reader of people” and because of this, people see her as approachable and friendly. She is an active listener and just a spark of energy. She is so easy to get along with, have a few laughs with and in the end, helps make the adventure fun. All in all, I would recommend working with Veronica, hands-down, 100%, completely and totally would bring her into all future transactions without a doubt.

" But the way she handled everything was incredible and I'm not sure any other Realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did, especially because we loved the house we sold and we wanted to feel the same way in our new one.
