When dealing with Multiple Offers, a Seller now has the right to share all or some of the details of the offers received effective Dec. 1, 2023. They can also change their mind on what they do and do not share at any point in the offer process. A buyer on the other hand, can insert a clause into their offer to purchase stating that they do not with the details of their offer to be shared with competing buyers.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out and what Buyers and Sellers will actually do with this.
